We’ve had a great deal of success with our Summer Program in the past and I’m looking forward to another great year.

We’ll be covering:

-Straight-ahead Speed
-Sideline-to-Sideline Speed
-Quick Change of Direction Agility

We’ll also be focusing on:

-General mobility and athlete positioning
-Injury resilience, particularly for the ankles, knees, and hips/lower back
-Basic core strength and power development
