Attention Bangor Area Parents and Coaches of Youth Athletes!

​Presenting the FREE Relentless Strength Youth Athlete PARENTS' Seminars!


​Hi,

​I'm Isaac Wilkins, owner of Relentless Strength Training, here in Bangor, ME.  Over the last six years we've been fortunate to work with many of the areas young athletes, ranging from Middle School to High School and on to College and National-Level competition.  In that time, I've seen the same things come up again and again for the athletes and their parents that could really help their performance, safety, and just enjoyment of their games.


So with that in mind, it made sense to put together some seminars for parents to help their athletes get the most out of their youth sports experience!


We'll be doing TWO different seminars, with two dates for each:

Seminar #1:  Performance Nutrition for Youth Athletes

We'll be covering:

  • The basics of sports nutrition with an emphasis on performance AND growing bodies and how to fuel appropriately while athletes are growing.
  • ​Simple, easy to follow nutrition strategies for athletes to follow in and around their games, practices, and training sessions... that they'll actually eat!
  • ​Effective nutrition strategies from parents just like you who have to juggle work, practices (sometimes multiple athletes), and many other obligations - Good food you can make or pick up in a hurry!

Seminar #2:  Training BEFORE Rehab

We'll be covering:

  • ​The KEY training areas where injuries often occur in sports and how to work them to help make ​your athlete(s) more resilient.
  • ​Simple recovery and soft tissue strategies your athlete can do at home to help prevent minor injuries and recover faster to play better and longer.
  • Core training strategies that will not only help your athlete(s) stay out of dangerous positions but also improve their speed and performance.

Saturday, October 13th from 9:00am-10:00am - Performance Nutrition for Youth Athletes (Duel Seminar!)
Saturday, October 13th from 10:30am-11:30am - Training Before Rehab (Dual Seminar!)

Monday, October 15th from 7:00pm-8:00pm - Training Before Rehab
