Online and Hybrid Training

As much as we’d love everyone who trains with us to be within the walls of our gym, the simple fact is that geography, schedule, and needs don’t always allow or require that.

In order to help more people, like yourself, we’ve created a couple of distance programs that allow you to train at home or another gym while still being coached by us and getting the Relentless experience!

Hybrid Program:

Maine is the kind of state where you’ll probably have to drive for a bit to get where you want to go.  As Mainers, we accept it.

However, there gets to be a point where regularly coming into the gym can be hard, either because of travel or schedule.

If this is you, our Hybrid Program is designed for you to come to the gym about once per month for a coaching, strategy, and catch up session while taking advantage of our distance training.  It’s the best of both worlds!  You get great programming and regular interaction while still gaining the benefit of a face-to-face meeting with our coaching staff.

Distance Training:

If distance or schedule makes coming into the gym at all an impossibility, we have our full distance training programs.

You’ll receive training, nutrition guidance, and interaction with our coaching staff without having to schedule or travel to our place.
